Lance Hedrick's two-pour V60 scaled to a single 12g cup (1:16, 192g at 95°C). A 36g bloom — three times the dose — fully saturates the grounds, followed by a swirl to settle the bed evenly. After the bloom, one continuous main pour to 192g and a final swirl keep the slurry flat and the fines suspended, so drawdown stays even. The two-pour structure is deliberately simple and forgiving: easy to repeat cup after cup, and it scales cleanly to larger doses.
