Over 17g of coffee ground for flow (~490µm) and 270g at 93°C (1:15.9), he runs four quick pours — a 60g bloom, then 60g, 50g and 100g at 0:40, 1:20 and 2:00 — finishing in just 2:20–2:25. The flat-bottom OREA with a fast base and a Melodrip keep the short, high-clarity extraction even and repeatable, letting a delicate competition coffee show its full aromatics.
